International Shipping

Shipping Address Accuracy

Spiroxia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, an additional shipping charge of $11.95 will apply for reshipment. If the customer prefers a refund instead of reshipment, the same amount of $11.95 will be deducted from the refund to cover the return shipping costs incurred.

Insured Shipping
For added peace of mind, we offer insured shipping for an additional fee of $9.95 per package. This service provides protection against loss, theft, or damage of your package during transit. Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Any requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing the order. We aim to process orders swiftly, and requests made after this timeframe may not be accommodated. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we may be unable to make changes or cancellations. If you are unable to cancel your order within the specified timeframe, you can still return it for a full refund once you receive it.
